Delivery and ShippingWe ship all orders on Monday via Royal Mail or courier, depending on parcel size. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days within the UK. Shipping Costs Orders over £150 (excl. VAT) qualify for free UK delivery. UK orders under £150 are charged a flat rate of £7.95 (excl. VAT). All delivery charges will be clearly stated on your invoice. If you’re based outside the UK and would like to stock our products, please get in touch to discuss. Delivery Issues If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, let us know via email at hello@creativecarouselpublishing.com and we’ll investigate with the courier.

Terms and ConditionsThese terms apply to all wholesale transactions with approved stockists. By placing an order, you agree to the following conditions. 1. Eligibility and Trade Use 1.1 We supply approved retail businesses only. Products purchased from us are for resale through your own channels and must not be redistributed to third parties or sold on wholesale platforms. 2. Pricing and VAT 2.1 All prices are listed in GBP and are exclusive of VAT and delivery unless otherwise stated. VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing. Children’s books are VAT exempt under UK legislation. 2.2 We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice, though we will always honour the price shown at the time your order was placed. 3 Pricing Confidentiality 3.1 Our wholesale pricing, terms and product information are confidential and intended for the use of approved stockists only. This information must not be shared, published or distributed without our consent. 4 Price List Validity 4.1 Our price list is subject to change without notice. We aim to notify stockists of significant price changes in advance, but we reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. 5 Payment Terms 5.1 All orders are subject to our pro forma payment policy, as outlined in our Payment Terms. We reserve the right to withhold delivery until all payment has been cleared. 6 Delivery and Risk 6.1 Orders are dispatched on Mondays, as outlined in our Delivery and Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, postal services, or events outside our control once the goods have left our premises. 6.2 Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch. Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment has been received. 7 Returns and Damages 7.1 Returns are only accepted in cases where goods are faulty or supplied in error. 7.2 All return and damage-related procedures are outlined in Section 5. We reserve the right to request evidence or the return of goods before issuing any refund, replacement or credit. 7.3 We are unable to accept cancellations or amendments once an order has been submitted. Please refer to Section 6 for full details. 8 Governing Law and Jurisdiction 8.1 These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 8.2 Any disputes arising from your use of our wholesale service will be subject to the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

Returns and DamagesDamaged or Incorrect Goods All products are packed with care, but in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us via email at hello@creativecarouselpublishing.com within 3 working days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include: Your order number A brief description of the issue Photographic evidence of any damage (if applicable) We will offer one of the following, depending on the circumstances: A replacement item A credit note A refund We may request that the damaged goods be returned before issuing a replacement or refund. In such cases, we will cover the return postage. Returns for Other Reasons We do not accept returns for unsold stock or for goods ordered in error. All trade sales are considered final unless the products are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Cancellations and AmendmentsAll orders are final once submitted. To keep our fulfilment process running smoothly, we’re unable to accept cancellations after an order has been placed. If you believe there’s been an error, please get in touch and we’ll review it.

Payment TermsAll orders must be paid in full before dispatch. We operate on a strict pro forma basis and do not offer credit terms. Our website offers the following payment methods: Credit or debit card - via secure payment link Paypal Invoicing and Payment Timing Once your order is placed and payment is received, you will receive a receipt. As a VAT registered business, we will also issue a full VAT invoice separately via email. If you require the invoice to be addressed to a particular person, department or branch, please include those details with your order. To be included in our Monday dispatch, payment must be received in full by 12 noon on the preceding Friday. Orders paid after this time will be held and shipped the following week.

How to OrderOrders are made online via our online shop. We do not currently accept telephone orders. Minimum Order Requirements £75 + VAT minimum spend. We may adjust this threshold at peak seasonal times. Order Schedule and Stock Availability We dispatch all orders on Monday Mornings. To be included in Monday’s dispatch, please place your order by 12 noon on the preceding Friday. We aim to keep all products in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. Occasionally high demand may cause a short delay up to one week. If an item is out of stock when you order, we’ll hold your order and dispatch the following Monday. If restocking takes longer than expected, we’ll contact you to offer: A refund for the unavailable items A part-shipment of the available items or The option to wait for the full order.
